With the going windowed rule, does that now also apply to people who aren't inside vehicles? Or is it like it used to be where you just couldn't go windowed when inside a vehicle?

Yeah if you go /win in rp you don't notice when you get tired and then you die which costs money..
It's just a bad idea in general to go windowed in rp

Special parking rule:
If your name is Lordkire, the max number of vehicles per property is 10 with a minimum of 1km between 2 props that contain more then 5 vehicles (measured "as the crow flies"). Again, this special rule is only for players named Lordkire.

Meh... I kinda liked the less abandoned city feel when there still was vehicles parked on properties. Also towing illegally parked ones and mystery trailers laying all over was part of the game for me.. I don't fully approve this update..

I totally agree with Sceme here. I think rp looks really empty now? I don't know I don't have access yet, but do you guys ever plan to change this back to how it used to be? I think i was really cool driving around in rp seeing other people's cars outside their houses and /work vehicles outside the mills etc. Did it really cause that many problems?

Well, you'll still see player's vehicles if they are in RP. Shitcreek is still full of vehicles when a few players are in RP. There are less work vehicles parked at work places though, which does give it an empty feeling. But there are also still many illegally parked vehicles, which don't disappear when players leave RP. Yeah, RP is emptier, but not totally ghost-town empty.
