why cos it takes half hour just to load the fucking ftp page then another halth hour to download the files then yes youy gessed aniother 40 mins just to upload the fucking file cos if that im not gonna install th shout box cos i am not sitting here waiting and waiting for housrs just to uploadn one file i mean come one it should take a mattyr of seccons not minuits ffs but i have sorted some erroes in the losgs wich took over  3 hours todo when it should of took yes you gessued minuits


no offens much but your host sucks balls big time i cant belive you pay for this crap man i mean it crap realy i dont mean to be rude are nothing but the host you are with are major over sellers if i was you id look for a new host asap there are cheaper ones out that than waht you are paying and you can get a much better host for your mnoney

It works fine for me... just seconds to load but... not more than 30 sec full load 

Maybe your location is far away from the host...

yes the actual site is ok it the ftp thats mega slow man it should not take more than a minuite to upload a little php file at 44kb yet it takes forever to upload files to the this server maybe im just impatinont lol but it was mega slow

I can't actually get a new host right now, since I'm low on money and I don't get money anymore for a while. And the FTP is the only problem with this company, the package itself is what interested me. 3 Domain Names, 70GB space (which for this community, that's important!) and unlimited bandwidth. Yeah the FTP does suck though, that's why I try to avoid using it.

is that so lol i bet if you get to about 40  gig you will loose your accounts ive seen it done befor it called over selling

there is no such thing of unlimited bandwidth again i bet if you  go over a cetain ammounts you account will get susspended seriously im not bull shitting here if seen if done many time befor at smf site

any way much you will never need let alone use that much space a forum dont take up much room serously if any thing is gonna get huge that will be the database not the forum itself


seriously a server with 20 or less gig will be more than enouth for this place

I mean I try to avoid having to use it. But it's not that slow for me as you say it is. But I try to avoid HAVING to use it, doesn't mean I avoid it completely.

And the 70GB...the amount of smileys and stuff these people install, and installed other stuff previously, and the packages, I thought 70GB would be good enough.

And I know there's no such thing as unlimited bandwidth, but it was part of the packages.

even with all the smiltys packages and what not 70 gig is still far to much  20 or less gig will do just fine
